As a full time team member, you will implement programming that benefits women facing various challenges. Your responsibilities involve assessing resident needs, coordinating referrals, and facilitating support groups. You will also manage important administrative tasks to ensure effective service delivery and maintain accurate records of resident interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and develop action plans for residents
• Engage with community support services for referrals
• Provide crisis intervention and conflict resolution




• Maintain detailed records of case notes and client interactions
• Support program objectives and participate in planning sessions

Requirements:
• Diploma in a related field or Social Work degree
• A minimum of one year of relevant experience
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification
• Police check with Vulnerable Sector Search
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
