This limited-term role, reporting to department leadership, involves fostering relationships across the University and facilitating research projects and collaborations. Your responsibilities will include planning events, leading project management activities for grants, and ensuring successful project outcomes. Robust organizational and communication skills are essential to manage a dynamic workload effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and foster collaboration opportunities
• Plan meetings, workshops,
and conferences
• Lead project management for grant applications
• Assist with data collection and analysis
Requirements:
• MSc or PhD in science, kinesiology, medicine, or engineering
• Three or more years in a senior administrative role
• Extensive project management experience in biomedical engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management systems
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
