Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and manage aquatics programming efficiently
• Promote-member engagement and attendance for swimming lessons
• Maintain child safeguarding and aquatic certifications
• Support recruitment efforts for staff and volunteers
• Develop promotional materials for aquatic programs
Requirements:
• High School Diploma; additional education valued
• 3-5 years in delivering aquatic programs
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience essential
• Lifeguard and swim instructor certifications required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
