In this position, you will be a key member of our construction team, focusing on foundational work and structural placements across various residential projects. Your responsibilities will include not just formwork work, but adaptable skills for general construction and teamwork across trades.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and align formwork for structural components
• Read and employ site layout and engineering specifications
• Safely install shoring systems during concrete preparation




• Execute detailed rebar work according to specifications
• Support cross-training in various construction tasks

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in construction
• Direct experience with two-way slab formwork
• Class 5 Driver's License with a clean record
• Relevant safety course certifications are a plus
