Working under the Facilities Manager, you'll handle a variety of custodial tasks while maintaining a clean and secure environment. You should be ready for a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends. Your role will greatly influence the cleanliness and operational readiness of our city’s public spaces, contributing positively to community satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum utilizing custodial equipment
• Clean and polish various surfaces including windows and metal fixtures




• Inspect and maintain custodial equipment
• Ensure building security by locking doors and setting alarms
• Perform minor custodial maintenance tasks as required

Requirements:
• At least one year of experience in custodial work
• Ability to handle heavy lifting and manual labor
• Knowledge of safe custodial practices
• Effective verbal and written communication
• WHMIS certification is a plus
