As an IT Field Specialist, you'll be responsible for on-site services including maintenance and repair of restaurant technology. Your expertise will enhance restaurant operations, requiring strong skills in IT hardware, software, and connectivity. You'll support Recent Restaurant Openings and contribute to asset management through tracking and monitoring technology assets to ensure they are operational and effective.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate on-site maintenance for restaurant tech
• Provide tier 1 and 2 IT support for hardware and software
• Manage asset tracking and monitor equipment status




• Support IT projects, rollouts, and technology upgrades
• Assist new restaurants with technology systems implementation

Requirements:
• A.A. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of IT support experience required
• Knowledge of restaurant hardware/software systems preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with tech support experience
