About The Role
Jacked Factory is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team and report directly to the Brand Manager.

In this role, you'll own the day-to-day execution of our social media content, email campaigns, and creator program. We're looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator with the ability to take full ownership across all three. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated marketer who wants to grow alongside the marketing department of a fast-growing brand.

Key Responsibilities

Own the weekly and monthly content calendar across social and email, ensuring everything is aligned with campaigns and product priorities.

Manage day-to-day posting across Instagram and TikTok.

Build, schedule, and QA Email campaigns.

Manage ongoing relationships with our athlete and creator roster, coordinating content and campaign participation

Actively recruit new creators who fit the brand.

Track and report on performance across social and email, surfacing what's working and make suggestions for improvements.

What We're Looking For

1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, and/or influencer relations.

Hands-on experience managing Instagram and TikTok.

Email platform experience preferred.

Strong written communicator, able to write on-brand across multiple formats

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.





Experience in a high-growth e-commerce environment is considered an asset.

Interest in fitness and sports nutrition considered an asset

Comfortable operating in a rapid-paced environment.
