Homewood Health Inc. is seeking a Therapist for Mental Health and Addiction services in Guelph. You will be part of a team-oriented, interdisciplinary team delivering integrated mental health and addiction counselling within the Emergency Department and Short Stay Assessment Unit.
The role involves assessments, individual and group counselling, discharge planning, and education sessions for patients and families. Some weekends and stat shifts are required to support urgent care delivery.
