Take the lead as a Clinical Research Coordinator in the Oncology Department at the University of Calgary. This full-time position focuses on managing clinical trials and participant data management.
Located at the Colon Cancer Screening Centre (CCSC), this role spans approximately 12 months. Your responsibilities include coordinating participant recruitment, ensuring adherence to study protocols, and accurate data management. You will work collaboratively with healthcare teams to support study goals and maintain ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer clinical research per established study protocols
• Facilitate participant recruitment across clinics and care pathways
• Obtain informed consent from study participants
• Coordinate and conduct various research activities
• Maintain accurate and confidential data management practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a health-related discipline
• 5 years of relevant clinical research experience preferred
• Certification as a Clinical Research Qualified is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with REDCap
• Well-versed in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards
