CNC Lathe Operator – VTL
Location: Windsor, ON
Pay: $25–$33/hour + Shift Premium
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shifts: Days | Afternoons | Nights

We are hiring an experienced CNC Lathe Operator to join a manufacturing facility in Windsor. Candidates with CNC Lathe, VTL, or CNC Machinist experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC Lathe and VTL machines

Perform machine setup, tool offsets, and adjustments

Operate live tooling equipment

Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings

Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers,



and bore gauges

Maintain tight tolerances and quality standards

Requirements

2+ years of CNC Lathe or VTL experience

CNC machine setup and operation experience

Live tooling experience preferred

Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills

Experience as a CNC Machinist, VTL Operator, or Turning Machinist

Legally authorized to work in Canada

Flexible to work rotating shifts and occasional weekends
