As a pivotal member of the Governance and Advancement Services team, you will report to the Director of Research Analytics. This position requires 3-5 years of experience in prospect research or fundraising, particularly within a dynamic not-for-profit setting. You'll research and analyze backgrounds, interests, and wealth indicators of potential donors while collaborating with foundation colleagues to advance Sinai Health's priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Research and analyze prospective donor backgrounds and interests
• Prepare detailed profiles, lists, and ad-hoc requests




• Support prospect management and tracking activities
• Monitor public news sources for significant developments
• Conduct portfolio analysis for emerging major gift donors

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in prospect research
• Excellent communication skills with diverse groups
• Proficient in Raiser's Edge or similar databases
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
