In your position, you will work with the Sales and Supply Chain Team, reporting to the Head of Sales. You'll be responsible for overseeing customer service and managing overseas sales orders for unbleached kraft pulp. This includes documentation handling, shipment coordination, and fostering strong partnerships with various teams within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure customer service activities meet company standards
• Translate customer needs into actionable solutions
• Lead sales order management and logistics coordination




• Partner with production planning and technical teams
• Engage in initiatives to improve service quality

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in logistics or business
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Excel
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous
