Job description
Transport Bourassa is looking for a Pricing Analyst to join our Pricing Team. We are seeking an experienced transportation pricing professional who can quickly work independently and take ownership of customer quotation requests across Quebec, Ontario, and the United States.
At Transport Bourassa, pricing goes far beyond numbers. This role involves understanding the customer’s needs, analyzing the requested transportation services, establishing the appropriate rates, negotiating when necessary, and providing post-sale follow-up to ensure that the service delivered matches what was initially quoted.
CONDITIONS Permanent, full-time position

Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

100% on-site

REQUIRED PROFILE Proven experience in transportation pricing;

Strong understanding of freight transportation realities and costs;

Excellent numerical and analytical skills;

Strong negotiation and customer communication skills;





Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously;

Good knowledge of transportation corridors across Quebec, Ontario, and the United States;

Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written, as the position involves communicating with customers located in Quebec, Ontario, and the United States.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY Analyze and process quotation requests from customers and the Sales Team;

Establish transportation rates based on the type of freight, weight, dimensions, destinations, and specific transportation requirements;

Communicate directly with customers to validate information and gain a clear understanding of their needs;

Prepare and issue pricing recommendations in the form of rate agreements;

Negotiate pricing terms with customers while protecting the company’s profitability;

Manage the renewal and follow-up of pricing agreements;

Conduct post-sale follow-ups and gather customer feedback;
