Your duties will include coordinating events and training, maintaining documentation, and ensuring program compliance to enhance overall employee satisfaction. Support initiatives that reinforce Parkland County's dedication to being an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate employee wellness initiatives
• Support recognition and learning development programs




• Document and report on program outcomes
• Collaborate with team leaders and vendors
• Oversee the organization of training and events

Requirements:
• 2 to 4 years of experience in related roles
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• Proficiency in HRIS and safety systems
• Clean driver's abstract needed for employment
• In-person work required at Parkland County Centre
