This role reports to the Field Operations Manager and involves hands-on support for network maintenance and repair. Ideal candidates will possess skills in IP networking, telecom construction, and experience with wireless and fibre optic deployments. You will be instrumental in ensuring seamless service in the field, tackling repairs, and providing technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute repairs and maintenance of Xplore's network
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure operational success
• Manage multiple priorities and projects effectively




• Apply expertise in IP addressing and routing
• Conduct inspections and support in telecom construction

Requirements:
• Minimum 1-year experience or related diploma
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Proficiency in network equipment configuration
• Certification as Fibre Optic Technician preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
