Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed nursing assessments for patient needs
• Facilitate triage both over the phone and in person
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in community nursing
• Valid license from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• CPR certified or willing to obtain
• Proficient in English; additional languages are advantageous
• Understanding of community-focused health practices
