In this role, you will manage day-to-day field production while participating in the Acerta Competency CMDS Safety Program. You'll also drive initiatives aimed at reducing costs and enhancing operational efficiency. Key tasks include local project supervision and ensuring compliance with safety protocols during all operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily production operations safely
• Identify methods for cost reduction
• Enhance wellsite maintenance strategies
• Attend and support safety meetings
• Manage local projects in Lead Operator’s absence

Requirements:
• Class 5 driver’s license essential
• 2-3 years operational experience required
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
• Previous operator experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software
