Key Responsibilities:
• Create tailored care plans for residents

Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse with a minimum of three years’ experience
• Proven track record in senior health services
• Exceptional judgment and evaluation skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Must meet Canadian work eligibility
