In this position, you will engage in the planning, execution, and analysis of research activities related to hEDS and genetic studies. Your experience in developing research proposals and methodologies will be crucial for advancing initiatives. The Associate will also lead efforts in disseminating findings through publications and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement comprehensive research studies
• Establish data collection strategies and research plans
• Mentor students and oversee research staff’s work
• Write grant applications and progress reports
• Analyze findings and disseminate results effectively
Requirements:
• Doctoral degree in a relevant area such as genetics
• At least five years of applicable research experience
• Demonstrated leadership in complex research projects
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French
• Experience with genetic analysis of complex traits preferred
