As a Recreation Aide, you will play an essential role in our community, impacting residents' lives positively. Your responsibilities include developing programs, transporting residents, and promoting social interactions. You will also maintain records and report feedback to the Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing departmental procedures and recreation programs
• Set up activity areas and support resident transportation
• Monitor residents' interests, needs, and progress




• Maintain records of programs and resident participation
• Lead activities and promote social interaction among residents

Requirements:
• Experience working with seniors and understanding their motivation
• Knowledge of leisure principles and how to apply them
• Robust computer skills
• Valid driver's license is required
• Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check
