As part of the Maintenance Services team, you will be responsible for routine maintenance and repairs while adhering to safety and fire codes. Ideal candidates should possess organizational skills, experience in maintenance, and a collaborative approach towards teamwork. Your physical capability will be essential for carrying out various tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain building safety through regular checks
• Execute work orders and manage preventative maintenance
• Clear ice and snow from exits and walkways during winter




• Paint and maintain appearance of common areas and vacant suites
• Support the fire safety program as required

Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience preferred
• Knowledge of codes related to continuing care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• WHMIS training and Health and Safety certifications are assets
