Reporting directly to ownership, the General Manager will oversee all aspects of the organization, including operations, financial performance, employee leadership, customer relationships, compliance, contract management, and business development.

Review job profitability, financial performance, budgets, and operational costs.

Approve payroll, accounts payable, and operational expenditures.

Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, insurance requirements, and safety standards.

Review and negotiate contracts, service agreements, and vendor relationships.

Manage subcontractors and external service providers.

Identify and pursue opportunities for sales growth and operational improvements.

Support the team where needed and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
