Drive sustainability initiatives at PACT as an Environmental Sustainability Coordinator. Enhance compliance and reporting to meet Toronto Pearson Airport’s ambitious sustainability goals.

As part of the Pearson Accelerator Construction Team, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and monitoring sustainability efforts. Collaborating with project managers and site supervisors, you'll embed sustainable practices into all construction activities. Analyzing sustainability metrics will be essential to tracking progress and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain the Sustainability Management Plan
• Ensure compliance with sustainability metrics and certifications




• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on sustainability processes
• Report on waste diversion, energy use, and other metrics
• Conduct environmental monitoring and audits

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in construction sustainability
• Understanding of sustainability metrics and reporting
• Familiarity with low-carbon material strategies
• Proactive and organized problem-solving skills
