Become the Lunch Program Coordinator at Pembina Trails School Division, enhancing student safety and supervising training efforts. Split your time between lunch hours and paperwork from home.
As a pivotal role in the school, you'll ensure a secure dining experience for students while empowering supervisors through training. Daily activities require engaging with parents, staff, and students to address any issues. You'll also play an essential part in hiring and informing parents about the lunchtimes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address daily concerns for a safe lunch environment
• Serve as a communication bridge between various stakeholders
• Conduct training sessions for lunch supervisors
• Assist in hiring processes for supervisory roles
• Provide details on lunch services to parents
Requirements:
• Must obtain valid Criminal Records and Child Abuse Registry checks
• Certification in Commit to Kids needed
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Completion of Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Proficiency in Excel and current CPR/First Aid is beneficial
