Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee the housekeeping team, ensuring top cleanliness standards and operational efficiency. Your role involves training current staff, conducting inspections, and actively participating in cleaning tasks. Collaborate with other departments to provide exceptional service to guests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily housekeeping staff activities
• Conduct quality control inspections of all rooms
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively
• Assist housekeeping during busy periods as needed

Requirements:
• 2+ years of relevant housekeeping experience
• Previous supervisory experience is an asset
• Must hold Clean It Right certification
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Must be physically able to perform cleaning duties
