This role focuses on supporting a comprehensive ServiceNow transformation initiative through phases centered on workflow modernization. You will capture current processes, design new workflows, and ensure successful deployments while offering testing support. Your engagement with business and technical stakeholders will be critical, requiring hands-on ServiceNow development experience and expertise in multiple modules.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct current-state analysis and documentation
• Design, develop, and implement workflow solutions




• Provide support during testing phases and enhancements
• Assist with deployment and production support
• Guide projects from requirements gathering to knowledge transfer

Requirements:
• Over 5 years of ServiceNow development experience
• Proficiency in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, and GRC modules
• Experience with internal controls and compliance workflows
• API integration expertise required
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications are a plus
