Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and encourage your maintenance team effectively
• Implement scheduled preventative maintenance tasks
• Carry out inspections and job task observations
• Maintain safety compliance across all work activities




• Oversee external mechanical contractors' performance

Requirements:
• High school diploma and HD Mechanic Journeyperson certification
• Class G driver’s license required
• Minimum 5 years in underground or similar settings
• Thorough knowledge of safety regulations for mines
• Excellent organizational and motivational skills
