What You’ll Be Doing
As a Team Member, you will support both the kitchen and front of house operations. Your daily responsibilities may include:

Preparing fresh ingredients and ensuring food quality meets BarBurrito standards

Creating and refilling our signature sauces

Preparing menu items using kitchen equipment including fryers

Assisting guests at the counter and handling POS transactions

Ensuring the restaurant is clean, organized, and welcoming (kitchen, dining area, bathrooms, prep areas)

Receiving, rotating, and organizing food and stock deliveries

Following food safety & sanitation guidelines

Working as part of a team to keep service fast, friendly, and consistent

Every shift is a little different — you’ll stay busy, learn new skills, and meet great people.

Requirements

Food service experience is an asset but not required — we will train the right person

Food Handler Certification is an asset

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to ~25 lbs

Willingness to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
