As part of our Manufacturing Engineering team, you will report to the Production Engineering Manager. This position focuses on supporting the manufacturing processes for our vanadium flow batteries, ensuring smooth communication between Engineering and Operations. Your role is vital in turning designs into tangible products for global energy needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement procedures for manufacturing processes
• Oversee production documentation including build instructions
• Lead Lean manufacturing initiatives for continuous improvement




• Resolve technical issues in collaboration with R&D;
• Interface with project management and external suppliers

Requirements:
• Must be a U.S. citizen with engineering qualifications
• Experienced in manufacturing engineering and process optimization
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Capable of managing priorities in a dynamic workplace
• IT proficiency for control and documentation systems
