This position entails following strict recipes, scaling ingredients, and ensuring that the muffin mixing area meets cleanliness standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate the Dough pump and Muffin Mixer #2
• Ensure organized and clean mixing environment
• Strictly follow Mixing and Formula schedules
• Log equipment functionality and maintenance issues
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding requests

Requirements:
• Experience in a fast-paced food production environment
• Able to lift and handle weights of 25 kg
• Authorized to operate scissor lifts
• Solid communication for effective teamwork
• Commitment to Good Manufacturing Practices
