Contribute to creative cooling solutions with Airedale by Modine as a General Laborer with Electrical Experience. Assist in assembly, wiring, and installation of critical heating and cooling equipment.

This role involves preparing electrical panels, supporting technicians, and performing general shop duties on the afternoon shift. You will monitor production schedules, review parts, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. Your technical skills with electrical drawings and problem-solving abilities will be vital in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor production schedules and report impacts on timelines
• Build and wire electrical panels as needed
• Review drawings and notify Engineering of errors




• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in the shop

Requirements:
• Proven experience using hand and power tools
• Capacity to follow electrical schematics and BOMs
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous manufacturing and HVAC knowledge is an asset
