As a key team member, you will focus on the integration of newcomer students into the Canadian education system. You will assess their needs, provide guidance on cultural adjustment, and help them navigate potential barriers. Your role is vital in ensuring students receive the emotional and practical support needed for success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments for settlement needs
• Offer consultation on education and resources
• Facilitate transition for youth with unique challenges
• Organize and lead settlement-related workshops
• Advocate for students and families as needed

Requirements:
• Bilingual: English and Spanish fluency
• Two years' experience with diverse communities
• Understanding of child development issues
• Robust skills in negotiation and conflict resolution
• Flexibility for evening and weekend work
