Bouchier is seeking Mine Shovel Maintenance Lead Hands for their CNRL Horizon site near Fort McMurray, Alberta. These individuals will oversee and participate in the maintenance and cleaning of mining shovels, ensuring safety and operational standards are met. The ideal candidates are safety-conscious, experienced with heavy equipment, and comfortable working in challenging environments. This is a rotational position with accommodations and flights provided for eligible roles.

What You'll Need

Valid Class 5 with Air Brakes Endorsement (Class 3 an asset)

Clean 5-year Driver Abstract (within 30 days of start)

CSO (Common Safety Orientation) Certification

WHMIS 2015 Certification (within last 3 years)

Ability to lift 50 pounds or more

Safety conscious attitude

Willingness to work in fluctuating climates and environmental conditions

Comfort working near water and in confined spaces

Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol and Fit for Duty tests

Must be clean shaven for testing and ongoing

Fluency in English (speak, read, write)

Legal eligibility to work in Canada
