Join Hollyburn Family Services as a Child and Youth Care Worker in Surrey, BC. This senior role combines caregiving, supervision, and administrative duties to foster a nurturing workplace for youth.

In this full-time position, you will address the needs of children and youth while facilitating enriching activities and building meaningful relationships. You will also provide input for program development and work closely with external agencies, effectively managing day-to-day operations in a therapeutic home.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily needs, intake, and progress reporting for residents
• Maintain property cleanliness and ensure safety protocols
• Plan and facilitate recreational and educational programs




• Monitor and encourage positive behaviors among youth
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to program rules

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree + 2 years experience or diploma + 3 years
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License
• Current First Aid/CPR training or willingness to complete
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
