Join Black & McDonald's growing Western Utilities team as a Journeyman Electrician in Edmonton, AB. Engage in installation and maintenance of electrical systems including temp power and streetlighting.

This role is ideal for a dedicated Journeyman Electrician with at least 4 years of experience. You’ll work directly in office addressing various electrical tasks while collaborating with site supervisors. Your ability to read wiring diagrams and use electronic tools safely will ensure effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot diverse electrical challenges
• Pull and install underground and overhead wiring
• Set up and frame pole bases for installations
• Record all maintenance activities diligently
• Provide operational leadership on-site

Requirements:
• Red Seal Journeyman Electrician certification
• Hands-on experience with aerial devices at heights
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid Alberta Driver’s License, Class 1 or 3 preferred
• Ability to comply with safety and field assignment standards
