In this role, reporting to the HR Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner at Coeur’s Silvertip operation. Your involvement will include all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to management of employee relations and compliance. Your expertise will contribute to establishing a strong organizational culture and enhancing overall employee satisfaction and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer comprehensive employee onboarding processes
• Provide support and guidance on performance management
• Lead investigations and manage employee relations issues




• Analyze exit interviews for continuous improvement
• Drive recruitment for various organizational needs

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar field
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in relevant sectors
• Proficiency in handling employee relations matters
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment laws
• Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced environment
