Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers; manage email correspondence and distribute mail
Manage all correspondence and communications with meticulous attention to detail and the highest professional standards
Coordinate complex travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, ground transportation
Answering phones, responding to emails, drafting correspondence.
Preparing reports and presentations
Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications 3+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
High level of communication skills both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (MS Work, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
Ability to solve problems
Strong time-management skills to work well in a team environment and juggle multiple personalities
