Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage service provision for secondary schools
• Provide clinical support and performance appraisals for staff
• Collaborate with schools and service providers for program enhancement
• Manage crisis situations in coordination with senior staff
• Complete program and quality assurance reports
Requirements:
• MSW or relevant master’s degree
• 4 years of experience in mental health services
• Supervisory experience in community programs
• Solid background in child youth mental health
• Valid BC Driver's License required
