Your expertise in leading workshops, creating training content, and defining success measures will ensure sustained adoption of tools like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. Collaborating closely with our Modern Workplace specialists, you will drive user enablement and clarify technical changes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead discovery sessions to identify client goals and risks
• Translate technical concepts into practical user-friendly messages
• Facilitate workshops, train-the-trainer,



and user training sessions
• Manage project timelines and client communications
• Support AI adoption through champions programs and discovery activities

Requirements:
