Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret new and existing legislation and regulations
• Implement compliance policies and procedures
• Conduct internal audits to identify issues
• Lead investigations into compliance breaches
• Deliver training on compliance ethics

Requirements:
• LL.B. or J.D. from a recognized Canadian law school
• Minimum 3–5 years of compliance experience
• Strong understanding of Ontario and federal regulations
• Excellent problem-solving skills
