As part of the Agentic AI Enablement team within the AI Group at RBC, you will manage the delivery execution for agentic AI squads. This role requires expertise in sprint planning, velocity tracking, and cross-squad dependency management while operating in a rapid-paced, complex environment. Your ability to identify risks early and drive resolution will be crucial for success across multiple delivery squads.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operationalize technical estimates into sprint plans and roadmaps
• Own delivery execution including sprint planning and progress reporting
• Track timelines, risks, and blockers for projects




• Manage dependencies across squads and coordinate effectively
• Maintain JIRA hygiene and delivery dashboards for leadership visibility

Requirements:
• 5+ years in technical program management or delivery roles
• Experienced in agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban
• Proficient with JIRA, sprint analytics, and automation tools
• Strong risk identification and escalation management skills
• Comfortable in regulated industries and governance contexts
