Join FNHA as the Ability Management Program Lead, advancing wellness initiatives within a hybrid environment. Drive health outcomes for First Nations through effective program management and innovative strategies.
This temporary role reports to the Director of HR Advisory Services and focuses on managing FNHA's (dis)Ability Management Program. Your responsibility includes enhancing employee recovery processes through collaboration with HR, insurance providers, and occupational health teams. You will promote a positive and healthy work workplace while managing client relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development and delivery of disability management programs
• Monitor procedural effectiveness for improved outcomes
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to enhance service delivery
• Facilitate education and support for recovery programs
• Manage cases involving external clients and providers
Requirements:
• Degree in Disability Management or related field
• Minimum 5-7 years in disability claims management
• 2+ years in HR Management roles
• Experience in health care or Indigenous environments
• Understanding of relevant health and safety laws
