Key Responsibilities:
• Assess residents' needs and develop tailored service plans
• Monitor quality indicators and nursing services




• Recruit and manage Guest Attendants and nurses
• Build collaborative relationships with healthcare partners
• Participate in departmental budget preparation

Requirements:
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in positive standing
• Proven management skills with a focus on results
• Strong technology proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Valid First Aid CPR/Basic Life Support certification
• Eligible to work in Canada
