Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and safety-focused Senior Project Manager, Facilities to join our Real Estate Facilities Group. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of capital projects across a diverse portfolio while supporting the secure and efficient operation of our facilities. You will play a key role in driving project success, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards. This position is ideal for a strategic, hands‑on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management of capital improvements, renovations, and strategic initiatives
Develop project scope, cost estimates, schedules, procurement plans, and quality control processes
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while identifying and mitigating risks
Support day-to-day facility operations to ensure safety, compliance, and functionality
Assist in developing and executing short- and long-term facilities plans, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Champion a strong safety culture across all projects and operations
Ensure compliance with legislative requirements, environmental standards, and company policies, maintaining accurate documentation including budgets, schedules, safety reports, and progress updates
Support the management and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, BAS, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems
Contribute to preventative and predictive maintenance programs, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate required repairs
Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, engineers,
and regulatory agencies
Participate in procurement processes, including bids and proposals, and manage contractor performance to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Promote a high standard of customer service across all facilities activities
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
5 years of experience in facilities, construction, or real estate project management
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, BAS, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems
Experience with CMMS or work order management systems
Knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and safety regulations
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
Demonstrated experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendors
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
