Become a Community Living Worker with Sources in Delta, BC, and help support individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health needs in their daily lives. This full time role focuses on compassionate care and community integration.

You will join a committed team at Sources, responsible for enriching the lives of those in our residential program. Your duties will include personal care, coaching essential life skills, and implementing customized support plans. The role also includes crisis management and liaising with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build trusting relationships with program participants
• Facilitate person-centered support planning




• Provide assistance with meals and personal care
• Document care activities and maintain records
• Support individuals during appointments and emergencies

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in social services is an asset
• Experience in mental health or therapeutic support
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Pass a clear criminal record check
• Physically capable of providing active support
