In your role as a Health Care Aide, you will work closely with a dedicated care team under the supervision of a Staff Nurse. Responsibilities include providing personal care, assisting with daily transfers, meal support, and routine health treatments as per each resident's care plan. You will foster an enriching and supportive atmosphere for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with bathing and personal hygiene
• Transfer residents safely using appropriate equipment
• Support meal times by assisting with feeding




• Provide routine care as directed by nursing staff
• Help residents engage in social and recreational activities

Requirements:
• At least one year of continuing care experience
• Certified as a Personal Care Aide or equivalent
• Strong communication skills in English
• Registration with the College of Health Care Aides
• Post-secondary education preferred
