Join Devonshire Care Center as a Health Care Aide and provide essential support in daily activities, enhancing the quality of life for residents in need of personalized care.

This role requires working under the supervision of Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses to deliver hands-on care that includes feeding, grooming, and assisting residents' mobility. As a Health Care Aide, you will be expected to exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail while being proactive in reporting changes in residents' health statuses.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with personal care routines and daily living tasks
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health conditions
• Help with meal services and ensure proper hydration




• Maintain detailed records of residents’ care and progress
• Foster a supportive environment for residents and their families

Requirements:
• Valid CHLA License is mandatory
• Completion of a recognized Health Care Aide course
• Experience in senior care preferred, especially in specialized units
• Excellent English communication abilities
• Solid customer service focus and teamwork
