Key Responsibilities:
• Implement nursing procedures and care policies on the unit
• Communicate effectively with health care professionals
• Direct Personal Support Workers in resident care routines
• Monitor and report significant resident health changes
• Participate in comprehensive shift reports for team updates
Requirements:
• Certificate of Competence in valuable standing with the College of Nurses
• Familiarity with aging, rehabilitation, and long-term care practices
• Knowledge of applicable health care legislation and standards
• Demonstrated capacity to work within a collaborative team
• Strong commitment to improving resident health outcomes
