What You’ll Need

Journeyperson Interprovincial Red Seal Certificate as Heavy-Duty Technician or Alberta Journeyperson

Off-Road Certificate is required

Minimum of 5 years’ experience

Valid First Aid certificate

Ability to dismantle and reassemble equipment using hoists and hand tools

Knowledge and experience operating all equipment for positioning and diagnosing purposes

Ability to lift 50 pounds or more

Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

CSO (Common Safety Orientation) certificate

WHMIS

Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English

What Will Make You Stand Out

On highway with CVIP certification is an asset

Welding/cutting experience is an asset

Good organizational and leadership skills

Basic computer skills
