Key Responsibilities:
• Administer individual and group ABA sessions
• Communicate client progress to caregivers
• Develop initial behavior plans and goals
• Conduct caregiver training using Behavior Skills Training
• Keep comprehensive client records updated

Requirements:
• Community College Diploma or a related Bachelor’s Degree
• Two years’ experience using ABA principles
• Knowledge of autism spectrum disorder
• Familiarity with the Ontario Autism Program
• Awareness of community service resources
